Shipping to addresses in the United States is free.

There are no hidden fees, and we do not charge sales tax.

Delivery times

Delivery time depends on your location.

Orders to addresses in the United States usually arrive within 2-10 business days.

Orders to other countries usually arrive within 10-21 business days.

Deliveries can occasionally be delayed by weather, customs or carrier backlogs.

Order tracking

When your order ships, we send the tracking number to the email address you entered at checkout.

Tracking updates usually start to appear within a few days after you receive the tracking number.

Changing your order or address

We can change an order only before it has been fulfilled, so please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

If you entered a wrong shipping address, contact us right away and we will check whether it can still be changed.

Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change the address or send another package free of charge.

Returned packages

If a package is returned to us because the shipping address was incorrect or incomplete, or because no one was available to receive it, we are unable to take responsibility for the return.
